RETENTION OF INFORMATION
Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected or for business or legal purposes, or in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., up to 7 years under Singapore law, or as required under GDPR/UK GDPR for accountability).
Deletion of your account with us does not automatically delete all personal data about you. If you choose to request that we delete all personal data together with the deletion of your account and unsubscribe from our mailing list, please contact us at support@wahgayjewellery.com Our ability to comply with your deletion request is subject to any applicable legal or other requirement to maintain records of your personal data.
Please allow 14 working days for your request to be processed. -
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
Wah Gay Jewellery has appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification and disposal of your personal information. Internal procedures are also put in place requiring our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. While we take appropriate security measures, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
For payment data, we comply with PCI-DSS standards and do not store full card details.

POLICY ON TELEPHONE NUMBERSREGISTERED WITH THE DNC REGISTRY
We will not send promotional messages (like SMS or calls) to your Singapore telephone number if it’s on the Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry, unless you’ve clearly agreed to receive them. We may still contact you for non-promotional reasons, such as order confirmations or delivery updates, as allowed by the DNC Registry. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS: Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including Singapore and other jurisdictions where our service providers are located.
