Deletion of your account with us does not automatically delete all personal data about you. Please allow 14 working days for your request to be processed.

Wah Gay Jewellery has appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification and disposal of your personal information. Internal procedures are also put in place requiring our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. While we take appropriate security measures, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

For payment data, we comply with PCI-DSS standards and do not store full card details.

We will not send promotional messages (like SMS or calls) to your Singapore telephone number if it’s on the Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry, unless you’ve clearly agreed to receive them.
