RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wah Gay Jewellery, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for exchanges in the event of a change of mind.

General Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable; cash refunds are not available. If you change your mind, items may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Exchange
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. All tags, certificates, and original packaging must remain intact. Wah Gay Jewellery reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
For defective items, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 3 days of receipt.

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please bring the physical item along with your invoice to our physical retail shop. Our customer service team will assist you with selecting your replacement item. Items must be returned in the country of original purchase.

Overseas Orders
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges for international orders. However, if you have received a wrong item or encountered any issues with your purchase, please contact via our Contact Us page, and our team will assist you accordingly.
